Terrace Martin and Devi Dev dropped their joint release The Sex EP this past March, but they’ve been forced to make some changes. After socialite Kim Kardashian noticed that a naked snapshot taken for W Magazine was on the EP’s cover, she sent a cease and desist to have the image removed.

“We cannot imagine why you thought you had the right to use this photograph without permission,” read the cease and desist.

The duo replaced the image with that of another bare-breasted woman, rereleasing the EP yesterday under the title The Sex EP 2.0: Cease & Desist with the addition of five new songs that feature Snoop Dogg, Lloyd, Kurupt and more. “We didn’t even know they were her boobies because obviously I don’t recognize her by her nipples,” Devi Dev told TMZ.
