E-40 breaks down his 25 best cuts, and Kool Moe Dee discusses his upcoming return to music.
Say what you will about the short-lived thizz subgenre, the Bay Area has produced a plethora of lyricall gifted Hip Hop legends. Arguably at the top of that list is E-40, a veteran who has weathered over two decades of the game, twisted up L's with Pac and still managed to record over a dozen of acclaimed LPs. Now, Complex has caught up with Oakland's Earl to discuss 25 top-tier cuts from his expansive discography.
California's legends are the only emcees staying active these days, however. Kool Moe Dee, one of Hip Hop's most revered and undisputed voices, is returning to the studio to record an entirely new album for the first time since 1994's Interlude.
