RadarOnline.com reports Valerie Joyce Wilson Turks is filing a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs accusing him of date rape, fathering her illegitimate child, physical abuse and the collapse of the World Trade Center towers. To add to the alarming allegations, the wife of Combs’ children, Kim Porter, and one-time LAPD beating victim Rodney King are also being named in the suit.

RadarOnline, which runs celebrity-based scandals much like TMZ.com, purports to have copy of Turks’ restraining order request. But links to the document on the site currently yield no results.

“”[Diddy] went through Kim Porter and Rodney King and knocked down the WTC and then they all came and knocked my children down,” the request reads. “Set me up to be on disability and disabled my baby. he [sic] put my baby in a wheelchair. He date raped me 24 years ago and knocked me down him and Kim Porter and Wallace Wright, then Sean Combs and Kim and Wallace Wright came back 18 years later and raped and sexually abused my children and knocked my children down and crushed me and my children daily.”

The request, which is full of punctuation and spelling errors, was reportedly denied. However, a judge is scheduled to hear the case on Monday, January 31.

In slightly less frivolous judicial news, the New York Daily News reports former Bureau of Prisons official Roderick Jenkins is suing the bureau for unlawful termination after he was allegedly fired for temporarily serving as one of Combs’ bodyguards. Jenkins claims he was escorting Combs on a flight and did not check his gun.

Transportation Security Administration regulations require off-duty law enforcement officers to check unloaded firearms and ammunition in separate locked boxes in their luggage. Jenkins believes he was fired despite a TSA supervisor allowing him to carry the weapon, while the bureau contends he was discharged because of a foot injury, which kept him from performing his minimum job requirements.
