Woman Uses Master P's Name For Bogus Organization
Master P and his brother C. Murder's names falsely used to promote Tennessee organization.
A Tennessee woman and her organization may soon be under federal investigation following a report by local news station WMC-TV.
According to WMC, Alisa R. Harris was able to obtain minster ordainment and then tax status as a church although the address for Harris’ "church" was that of an old apartment complex she lived in. Through her organization she recruited what she referred to on her Website as “crackheads,” “pimps,” “prostitutes,” etc. to call people using their personal phones to request donations.
On top of claiming to represent a church Harris also used the name of Percy “Master P” Miller to promote her organization via her Website which includes several music videos from Master P’s brother Corey “C. Murder” Miller. She even created the Corey Miller Food Foundation without ever having any contact with Master P or C. Murder.
“This is crazy. Just to have someone use your name and don’t know you,” Master P explained. “It’s not even fair...I have never met her and don’t know who she is. My brother’s incarcerated why would he know her? She needs to be stopped.”
When approached by WMC, Harris claimed to have had some kind of interaction with Master P and that her organization is legit.
