Despite reports this summer that the two Brick Squad rappers weren’t speaking, Waka Flocka Flame took to Twitter to announce he was in the studio working on an album with Gucci Mane. Both Georgia natives recently released solo albums, Gucci with The Appeal: Georgia’s Most Wanted and Waka with Flockaveli.
The two have their differences since Gucci fired his manager Debra Antney, who is also Wacka’s mother. In August Gucci told Vibe that there was no beef, they simply weren’t speaking. Either the rappers have patched things up, or this release is strictly business. HipHopDX will keep you posted.
