Music band FreeSol will join both Big Sean and Mickey Factz for the “What U Doin” College Tour later on this month. Performing a combination of Hip Hop, Rock, and Soul the five-man band from Memphis was signed to Justin Timberlake’s Tennman Records in ’06.

While the group–which consists of a drummer, guitarist, bassist, deejay, and frontman–has not released an album yet, they have worked with fellow southerners 8 Ball and Three 6 Mafia. The “What U Doin” College Tour kicks off on Sept. 21 in College Station, TX.

In other news, UK duo The Planets will join with former Flipmode Squad member Roc Marciano for their new EP Planet Roc. It will be the first time Marciano produces an entire album. The producer/rapper will also feature on the mic on the album.
