The Rikers Island Correction Department is investigating accusations that rapper Lil Wayne is being given special treatment in jail.

The New York Postreports that Jail Capt. Latanya Brown was questioned by investigators for spending additional time with the rapper and allowing him to stay in his cell while other inmates were locked out of their bunks and ordered into the recreation yard.

The Correction Department reportedly has a zero-tolerance policy for preferential treatment. Brown has not released a statement regarding the matter.
