As DX reported on Wednesday, the Diplomats’ Juelz Santana was arrested over an old warrant charge after being pulled over for talking his cell phone while driving. According to his Twitter account, the Harlem rapper was released shortly after the arrest after he posted bail and Tweeted the details to fans later that day, apologizing to fans for the lack of update.
