Three 6 Mafia Relative Indicted For Multiple Murders, Drug Dealing

Craig Petties, half-brother to Three 6 Mafia leader DJ Paul has been indicted for six murders and accusations of dealing cocaine. The Memphis Commercial Appeal has reported that Petties has been responsible for bringing a vast network of drug distribution to the Tennessee city. Despite the Memphis connection, the paper's reporting says that Petties ran the operation from Queretaro, Mexico.

Although the Academy Award-winning Three 6 Mafia has no ties in the matter, reports indicate that among the murders Craig Petties allegedy committed, one was a member of the underground Rap group, The Grenade Posse. The murder reportedly stemmed from a group member boasting of rival drug dealings.

Pettie has spent over seven years on the run, and has been in operation since 1995. Members of Three 6 Mafia have yet to speak on the matter.
