Set for a March 30 release on Def Jam, Wu Massacrewill not only make its mark for its musical artistry, but for its visuals as well.

The album, helmed by Method Man, Ghostface Killah and Raekwon, will come in one of three seperate album covers: one for Method Man, one for Ghostface, and one for Raekwon.

The album covers are illustrated by famed DC and Marvel Comics artist Chris Bachalo, and feature the three Shaolin emcees as super heroes of sorts. But Bachalo won’t be stopping there, as 300 randomly distributed albums will contain a rare pencil sketch print insert – 100 for each of the three rappers (though they won’t necessarily correspond: for example, a Method Man cover album may contain a Ghostface Killah sketch).

Recently, the Wu-Tang clan has released a series of critically and/or commercially well-received projects, with Raekwon releasing Only Built 4 Cuban Linx…Part II, Method Man and Redman releasing Blackout! 2, and Ghostface Killah releasing The Wizard of Poetry.
