Over the weekend, rapper Joell Ortiz expressed his frustration with E1/Koch Records in a handful of comments made via his Twitter account. From the comments made by Ortiz it appears that his label is blocking him from making a deal with Hip Hop group Slaughterhouse.

RapRadar.com posted several Tweets from Ortiz which were posted by the rapper over the weekend.

“E1 is fucking cockblocking us from doing something monumental for our fans and our careers. I don’t give a fuck who gets mad. It’s the truth,” said Joell Ortiz in a Tweet.

Ortiz also revealed that since E1 is blocking his deal with Slaughterhouse he won’t be giving them his album, Free Agent.

“Little known fact – E1 also jamming me up from doing a major, major deal as part of Slaughterhouse. So they ain’t getting FREE AGENT,” Ortiz Tweeted.

Ortiz is one of a handful of artists who have recently expressed their label woes on the social networking site.

Last month, R&B/pop duo Nina Sky put their label on blast and enlisted fans’ help to get them released from Polo Grounds Music. The duo even went so far as posting the head of the label’s contact information on Twitter.
