The estate of deceased singer Michael Jackson is now being sued thanks to a videotape that was shown on the television show “Michael Jackson’s Private Home Movies.”

In the video, Jackson sings and dances along to R. Kelly’s “Ignition” while sitting in a car with movie director Brett Ratner while in Miami on vacation.

According to TMZ, the estate of Michael Jackson is being sued as a result of the video because Jackson did not pay to sing “Ignition” which is copyrighted by Universal Music Group.

Universal Music Group is now seeking $3,000 for Jackson’s used of R. Kelly’s “Ignition.” R. Kelly has not commented on Universal Music Group’s lawsuit.

Following Jackson’s death, R. Kelly was one of many singers who created tribute songs for the famed singer.
