Lil Wayne‘s Rebirth can’t seem to hold onto a release date, as the highly-anticipated rock-influenced album has been delayed yet again.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Rebirth won’t hit stores until 2010. Previously, the album had been postponed to December 21.

It is unknwon whether Wayne‘s impending incarceration has played a factor in the delays. Singles “Prom Queen” and “Hot Revolver” were released in January and March, respectively, but did not generate much fanfare – though the former did reach #15 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.
