On an episode of Saturday Night Live that aired on Saturday, November 7 country/pop singer Taylor Swift made fun of her VMA encounter with rapper Kanye West in a song entitled "Monologue Song (La, La, La)."
While performing the “Monologue Song” at the top of the show Swift was ironically surrounded by a group of faux security guards.
"You might think I might say/something bad about Kanye/and how he ran up on the stage and ruined my VMA monologue/but there's nothing more to say/because everything's okay/I've got security lining the stage," sang Swift.
Swift’s “Monologue Song” was the only segment of the show to mention West or his VMA encounter with Swift.
But during her stint as host of SNL, the singer did poke fun of a number of other celebrities including reality star Kate Gosselin and singer Joe Jonas.
