MetroPCS and renowned tattoo artist Mister Cartoon joined together for a second Sanctioned handset that was recently released on March 1, 2010. HipHopDX has teamed up with both to present:

The giveaway/contest requires entrants to fill out the submission form and answer the trivia question for a chance on winning (1) Grand Prize or (5) Runner up Prizes.
The grand prize winner will receive:
