HipHopDX has teamed up with FUSE to give one winner the chance to win two tickets to the "LIVE FROM MADISON SQUARE GARDEN: ANSWER THE CALL" Benefit Show!
JAY-Z’s “Answer The Call” benefit concert, underwritten by ABSOLUT® VODKA, JAY-Z and Live Nation at New York’s Madison Square Garden, will be televised live in HD and commercial – free on Fuse, the national music network. All proceeds from ticket sales and concert merchandise will go to New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund. Additional information can be found [Here].

There is a true camaraderie and resiliency this city showed the world in 2001 and we continue that today by taking care of our own."

1. Eligibility: Only legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older and are eligible to enter the HipHopDX & FUSE Present: Answer The Call Contest Giveaway ("Sweepstakes"). Employees of Cheri Media Group, and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes and their advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies, service providers, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other persons or entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes (hereinafter "Sweepstakes Entities") and members of the immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
2. How to Enter:
Go to http://www.hiphopdx.com/index/contests/id.222/title.answer-the-call-contest and complete the information requested on the entry form, completing the required trivia question, for the specified Sweepstakes and then transmit the Entry Form by clicking on the "SUBMIT" button.
This sweepstakes validity period (the "Sweepstakes period") is valid from Friday Sept. 4th at 12 Noon to Wed. Sept. 9th at 11pm. After said time, the winner will be contacted immediately.
3. PRIZES: All applicable prizes will be listed on the applicable Sweepstakes Entry form. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes by any winner. Sponsor at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
4. Drawing and Notification: Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing on or about the close of the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received by the judge(s), whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. [Winners will be notified by the email provided. If a randomly selected winner is unreachable or unable to pick up the tickets within 24 hours before the concert, a new winner will be randomly selected. The new winner will be selected after 12 hours without a response from a randomly selected winner.
5. General Conditions: All Federal, state, and local laws and regulations are applicable. All taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes) are the sole responsibility of winners. Prize winners may be required to execute (and have notarized) an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") which must be returned to and received by Sponsor within ten (10) days from winner's receipt of Affidavit/Release. Prize winners will also be required to send a copy of their passport, drivers license or birth certificate as proof of age. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. Return of prize, prize notification, Affidavit/Release as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its affiliates to use the winner's name, address (city and state/province) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation on-line, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules, will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
6. Disclaimers: Entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of prize(s), participation in Sweepstakes, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
