TEMPLE EFFECTIVES - PROTECT YO' NECK

At a time when so called Hip Hop cats are violating with those "smedium" Ed Hardy shirts, this is just what the doctor ordered. Much like the single it takes its name from, the Temple Effectives "Protect Yo' Neck" tee is raw without trying to be. You don't need fake tattoos when a blood-stained guillotine is giving you the message loud and clear. Keep it simple with a pair of Wally's to pay homage to the nine-man Shaolin collective who coined the phrase, or take advantage of the black and red color scheme with a pair of vintage Jordan's. Either way, the message is just as relevant now as it was in 1993. - Omar Burgess, HipHopDX Editor

MIXERFRIENDLY - SOULSISTER

For a good decade, nobody knew what the hell Naughty By Nature was saying at the opening of "O.P.P." Was it "arm meat with hard mommy"? MixerFriendly has solved that problem with their "Soulsister" t-shirt design that displays "Arm Me With Harmony". Ah-ha! So that's what they were saying. All of those trips to online lyrics servers didn't help out like this t-shirt does. And hey, it's a girls' shirt, so fellas if you're caught staring, just say you were reading the lyrics. - Kathy Iandoli, HipHopDX Media Director

The folks at T.I.T.S. have been known to put the "b" in subtle. They've lived up to their glorious name yet again, this time in the spirit of the season. CHIEFROCKA INDUSTRIES - CROOKLYN DODGERS (HAT & TEE)

Since I was only born in 1989, I feel like I missed out on the some of the best years in Hip Hop during the mid-1990s. ChiefRocka Industries’ “Crooklyn Dodgers” t-shirt perfectly captures the spirit of the era I missed, featuring the first two incarnations of Hip Hop’s original super-group the Crooklyn Dodgers with grind-house cinema flair. In addition, ChiefRocka came with a matching “Crooklyn Dogers” fitted, making the two a veritable Smif-n-Wessun clothing combo. - Sean Ryon, HipHopDX Designer

MIXERFRIENDLY - NEW JACK CITY

There's many thing I personally love about MixerFriendly's New Jack City-themed shirt. One of my favorite songwriters of alltime, The Beatles' John Lennon, donned the inspiration for this shirt in the early '80s. Although John's new home "New York City" was represented lovely in Bob Gruen's famed photograph, this shirt flips the name, font in-tact to pay homage to my man Barry Michael Cooper's timeless Wesley Snipes film, and the immortal underbelly of The Big Apple. I love this shirt for being simple, slick, and something that can be appropriately worn with any outfit in all seasons. I like my look simple, and this is a worthy gift for me, and all the Carters out there. - Jake Paine, HipHopDX Editor-In-Chief

MIXERFRIENDLY - HATER

Look no further than our very own comments section to see that the world is full of haters. If anyone is to blame for this generation's dislike for pretty much everything is has to be the O.G. hater himself, Oscar The Grouch. When Dave Chappelle was in diapers Oscar was holding court on Sesame Street with his own Player Hater's Ball. The good folks at Mixerfriendly have confirmed on this shirt what we've all known for years. - Jeff "J-23" Ryce
