Doing it the American Way

I'm still here!!! Actually I haven't been totally gone, I just have been a
little too busy to take the time it takes me to write a blog. I tried re-posting
the blog I tried last time and it didn't work again. I said fuck it, let's try
something new. I've been posting in the message boards, speaking on video games and shit. I try to tell people PS3 and Xbox 360 are dope...but they ain't tryna
hear shit about PS3. I went through this same thing when Xbox 360 dropped...all
the way up until my shit broke (The 1st time) I was pissed. I didn't want to
send my shit back. I tried titling and starting it, all sorts of bull shit.
Finally, I said to myself,"Hey, this shit is American, I'll fix it the American
way,"....so I smacked the shit out of it. The funniest shit, is that it worked
for a little bit after that. I guess sometimes the only way to do things is the
"American way".

Hip hop has been hella boring as of late, (with the exception of the
Saigon situation yesterday)but on the other hand sports is where it's at.
It seems the people of the New England area got a lot of shit popping off.
The Patriots are still undefeated, their MLS team was in the championship, the
Boston Red Sox won the world series, the Celtic's are balling' (they've only lost
once so far). A lot of people outside of that area however are quite upset with
how America's new team (Cowboys lost their spot) the Patriots are behaving.
First there was the whole Spygate situation, where they had been caught
stealing the defense's signals by videotaping the opposing teams defensive
coordinator.(which is illegal in NFL) Since then, they've ran the score up on
everybody they could (basically every one except the Colts) keeping their
starters in all 4 quarters in blowout games, throwing passing touchdowns late in
the 4th quarter for 6 points as opposed to kicking field goals for 3[1].

I can hear Montell Jordan's "This is How We Do it" blaring in the
background now. Like dude told McNulty at the beginning of the first episode
ever of "The Wire""This is America,"[2] How else could you do it? First you
cheat, then, when busted, hit them muthafuckas with a little "shock and awe",
how you like that commie? As they run scores up Bill Belicheck patrols the
sideline in a hoodie... that's gangster! Not no Al Capone gangster shit, some
old school "We can't afford them suites, this hoodie is gonna cover my face"
gangster shit. Jay said Scarface the movie did more to him then Scarface the
rapper, shit, every time I watch the Patriots play I wanna go smack the shit
outta somebody. We don't play that. Fuck Rick James, I'm a Patriot bitch! Not
only do you have that, you gotta Tom Brady, one of America's most eligible
bachelors knocking up college straight haired hoes, then saying,"I ain't fucking
with you, I'm gonna go fuck my model bitch,". He's on some real life "Girls,
Girls, Girls" shit. Bill Belicheat had an affair with a married women and
ruined her marriage. Good thing Los Angeles doesn't have a football team, I
wouldn't want those Patriots around any women affiliated with me, you'll never
know WHAT will happen. A few weeks ago, Don Shula, coach of the only undefeated team in NFL history, the 13-0 Miami Dolphins of 1972, said "If the Patriots go undefeated, their record should have an asterisk next to it, just like people want for Barry Bonds,"[3]. Patriots players responded with comments like "Washed up old men aren't gonna make us upset" and "Maybe we need to play a little harder then,". Your gonna take this democracy, and if you don't like it, we're gonna blow your shit up. Your old ways are dead, and we don't give a fuck about
how things once were, or how long you've been here, things are gonna run how we want them to.

Hip hop is getting blamed for a lot of shit right now. The thing nobody
realizes is, while there is a lot of bullshit thrown in raps these days, that
shit didn't start with rap. That shit is embedded in American culture. You KNOW
Bill Belicheck hasn't heard any of 50 cent's new albums, yet he still enjoys
being the bad guy just as much as 50. No serious conversations or real
handshakes with opposing coaches after the game like coaches normally do, if
your not with us, your against us, and if your against us, trust, will come pull
your tired old withered self out of a hole in the dirt eventually.

[1]Normally, when teams have huge leads in sports in general, they take
all their stars out of the game. It's been viewed as good sportsmanship for as
long as sports have had back up players, and, it prevents your stars from
getting injured playing when they're not really needed

[2] Detective McNulty questions a witness about the murder of a guy named
"Snot Boogie" the witness says "They didn't have to shoot him, we could have
just whooped his ass like we always do, they kill a man over some bullshit" When
Detective McNulty asks him what he's talking about, "The witness says every
night they shoot craps, Snot would play until there was a lot of money on the
ground, then he'd snatch it and run. When McNulty asks the witness why they let
him play, the witness says "We have to, this is America"

[3]It's funny, all these people said there should be an asterisk next to Barry Bonds home run record because he allegedly took steroids, which is cheating. The Patriots are PROVEN cheaters, yet, those same people are now saying "No, no asterisks in sports records, Don Shula should hush up,"

Are You Ready for some football?

Ok, I'm gonna leave the Stans alone this time, at least music wise. I didn't wanna start talking about all the dope artists out west on the weekend, so since I'm watching the draft, I figured that be a decent topic to speak on. Blah, Blah, Blah...let's get into it.

I bet Rush Limbaugh is extremely hurt. Brady Quinn still hasn't been picked yet. I'm lovin it. Brady Quinn is trashalicious. Notre Dame is extremely overrated, and if you try and tell me dude is the next Tom Brady or Peyton Manning, your a freakin idiot. What's really funny about the whole Brady Quinn draft issue is that dude tried to tell ESPN last week that the Raiders were talking to his agent about contracts!! Sure buddy, sure. This dude was trying to sell himself more than those nappy headed hoes (yea, I said it, nappy headed hoes do exists) on "Flavor of Love". When your main accomplisment is beating a team, that beat a team (UCLA who beat USC), you have nothing to speak on. These draft scouts for ESPN act like Brady Quinn carried Notre Dame to National Titles all by himself. What's the biggest bowl game they were in? At that, how many did they win? Exactly. Sure, they hung in there with USC that year they had Bush, Leinert, and White. So did Fresno State, I don't see ESPN "experts" upset they're quarterback wasn't drafted. Sure, he was in a system under Charlie Weis, who was an offensive cordinater for New Englend. Who did they play, and who did they beat? Mel Kiper almost had seizures when Miami took Ted Ginn Jr over Quinn. "Oh, even if they get Trent Green, he's not gonna be there for long, this was a huge mistake," these "experts" need to realize that peoples jobs are on the line. If the dolphins draft Quinn, and he can't play for 2 years, heads will roll if the Dolphins end right back up there with a top 10 pick again. Sometimes, GMs have to worry about winning NOW, and not later because they may not be there. Screw all that though, all I know is my Bucs better get some kind of trade popping and get Calvin Johnson.

I do, and recently Madden has been absolutely garbage. I'm a game freak, for those who don't know what I'm talking about, I'm speaking on the Madden football video game. Two years ago EA Sports (the company that produces Madden) got the exclusive NFL, NCAA, and AFL football licenses. That means nobody else can make a game with any of these football leagues. Prior to this, 2k sports made a decent (actually I think it sucked, but people liked it) football game to compete with Madden which kept EA sports on there toes. With no competition, and the step up onto next-gen consoles (PS3 and Xbox 360, the only REAL next gen) Madden has lacked. They've even been missing features you can get for the current-gen (xbox and ps2) consoles. I've been reading all around on all the updates there making to the game and I have to admit, it does sound good. There giving big play WR the ability to make big catches. There gonna make shut down corners shut down corners. There's gonna be in air collisions (don't throw across the middle), there bringin hurdles back, which in turn could result in mid air collisions. The hit stick is gonna be able to be used in two different ways. You can hit low,(used best against power runners) or hit high (to avoid getting shook to easy, and pop WR in mid air) It sounds promising, but anyone who's been a fan of Madden knows that it always sounds promising, but it doesn't always turn out that way. Vince Young is the cover boy this year, and he WILL BREAK THE MADDEN CURSE. He avoided the Sports Illustrated curse and took down my boys USC all by his self. That was one of the best college football games I've ever seen played in my life. I'm an SC football fan (them in the Seminoles, FSU baby) and I can't hate on dude, that shit was amazing. So don't expect him to get hurt of have a horrible year, Vince has gotten over stuff way bigger than a video game curse....like being hit by a car.

I'm out man, you wanna get ya ass whooped, I'm on PS3, LB_Brillyance. You can't afford a PS3, sorry for ya, I couldn't either, but I got one. I'm out.

I'm not shouting out any cds today, next blog is on my man MURS, you don't like underground rap, you don't like emcees who can actually rap, you don't listen to rappers who aren't from somewhere and NY who SAY they spit "piff", don't read my blog then.
